The establishment of IMP continues and expands the successful relationship GID has enjoyed with CalPERS since 1998. Called Institutional Multifamily Partners LLC (“IMP”), this joint venture is an equity co-investment limited partnership in which GID serves as general partner, managing member, portfolio manager, asset manager, construction manager and property manager.
