Conversion of Parking Garage Spaces to Accessory Dwelling Units ADUs

The proposed project is located on parking Levels 2 and 3 in the eight-story building and consists of converting six existing parking spaces into ten new accessory dwelling units  ADUs  with windows looking over the existing auto court located at grade between the two buildings  The proposed units will all be studios  each with a bathroom and kitchen area as well as laundry appliances  The project also adds a new residential corridor that separates the remainder of the existing garage from the units and provides access from the ADUs to the garage  egress stairway at the south  and the elevator lobby to the north
